The challenge

Harbor Grove's products were already popular with LatAm buyers through cross-border e-commerce, but food import rules, labeling, and cold-chain requirements made a direct retail push risky without local structure.

What we did

We mapped the regulatory path for each SKU, stood up local entities, and hired country managers who could sign leases and supplier contracts. Operations support covered warehouse selection, first inventory builds, and retailer onboarding in both cities.

The outcome

Both markets launched with permits in place and a shared operating cadence. Harbor Grove now treats Mexico and Colombia as home markets rather than export side projects.
